With about 100 km of pistes, Bardonecchia has 22 lifts, and a mix of slopes: 5 black runs, 18 red runs, 16 blue runs. The resort summit is at 2,800 m, offering expansive alpine terrain. The free shuttle from town to Jafferau provides access to high-altitude, largely treeless slopes with stunning views.
Breuil - Cervinia
Italian side including Valtournenche, Breuil-Cervinia offers 150 km of pistes with 19 lifts. Linked with the international resort of Zermatt (Switzerland), the combined area offers 350 km, 53 lifts, 150 slopes and 2 snow parks. The Matterhorn (Cervino) dominates the skyline, and besides excellent ski conditions, the area is renowned for its spectacular views.
